  • What are your payment terms?

    Payment for all packages and appointments is due before we commence work. Upon booking, you'll also receive a brief questionnaire to help me understand your goals and tailor our session accordingly. If you need to cancel your session, this will incur a 30% admin fee.     It's a 90-minute strategy session where we sit down (virtually or in person if you're in the Noosa area) to discuss your business challenges, vision, and identify any gaps. After our chat, you'll receive a personalised report and a 10% discount on my signature package.
